HR Professional Career Program

The HR Professional Career Program is a 6-month career-focused program with on-the-job training designed to develop practical recruitment and human resources skills.

The program provides learners with hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including requirement analysis, recruitment and sourcing strategy, job portal sourcing, LinkedIn and social media recruitment, campus hiring, candidate calling and recruitment scripts, screening and selection, interview and offer management, client acquisition, team handling and end-to-end recruitment.

The program follows a practical Learn → Work → Earn → Grow approach, giving participants the opportunity to learn recruitment practices while working with an experienced HR and Business Services environment.

The vision of the program is to develop job-ready HR professionals with practical recruitment skills, professional communication abilities, candidate-handling experience and an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
